Consent Agreements, 2000: A&C International Trade:

A&C International Trade accepted the terms of the Consent Agreement with the Department of State to settle the allegation that it did knowingly and willfully export a defense article without applying for or obtaining the required approval from the Department of State for the export of defense articles covered by the USML.
