This Consent Agreement settled allegations that Delft made false statements and misrepresentations, and omitted material facts in connection with the Department’s Consent Agreement and Order entered into with Delft in July 1992.

Consent Agreements, 1992: Delft Instruments, NV:

Delft Instruments, by itself or through its subsidiaries, allegedly violated the AECA and the ITAR by transferring, or causing to be transferred, USML controlled defense articles to Iran and Jordan without the prior written approval of the Department of State.
