Consent Agreements, 2006: L-3 Communications Corporation/L-3 Titan Corporation:

L-3 Communications Corporation entered into a consent agreement to settle alleged violations of the ITAR in connection with the failure of its subsidiary, Titan Corporation, to report commissions paid to third parties in its applications for exports of defense articles and Titan’s false statements in those applications that there were no reportable commissions.
