Consent Agreements Last Updated: August 11, 2006 Consent Agreements, 2006: The Boeing Company: The Boeing Company entered into a consent agreement to settle alleged violations of the ITAR with respect to the unauthorized export of the QRS-11 quartz rate sensor, a defense article controlled under Category XII of the USML.
