Consent Agreements, 1995: Teledyne Industries, Inc.:

It was alleged that Teledyne Industries, doing business as Teledyne Wah Chang Albany, violated the AECA and the ITAR by conspiring to transfer, or causing to be transferred, defense articles covered by the USML without prior written approval from the Department of State.
