Consent Agreements, 2005: The DirecTV Group and Hughes Network System Corporation,Inc.:

The alleged violations committed by Hughes Network Systems Corporation, a subsidiary of the DirecTV Group, include its unauthorized export of technical data, defense services and defense articles to foreign person employees, to include those of proscribed countries, and the other matters concerning their business activities.
