Consent Agreements, 2002: Dr. Wah Lim:

Dr. Lim agreed to enter into a Consent Agreement with the Department of State in order to settle alleged violations of the AECA and ITAR concerning the unauthorized export of defense articles and defense services to the People’s Republic of China and concerning the misrepresentation and/or omission of material facts from information presented to the Department in its review of this matter.
