Consent Agreements, 2003: Raytheon Company:
Raytheon Company settled allegations that it violated the AECA and ITAR in connection with the unauthorized export of defense articles and defense services to Canada and to Pakistan and with the unauthorized retransfer of defense articles through Canada to Pakistan, all concerning the AN/TRC-170 troposcatter system.

Consent Agreements, 1999: Raytheon Company:
Raytheon Company entered into a Consent Agreement to settle allegations that it violated the AECA and the ITAR by exporting defense articles and technical data covered by the USML to Canada without the required approvals from the Department, and in other circumstances, violated the terms and conditions of approvals that were provided by the Department of State.
