Update on Using the DSP-119, including New Fax Number

At present, DDTC is accepting DSP-119s for the following situations:

1. If a company is changing its name.
2. If a company is changing its address.
3. If a company’s Registration code has changed.
4. If a company needs to add a list of additional U.S./Foreign Freight Forwarders, Foreign Intermediate Consignees/Consignees (if acting as a Freight Forwarder), and U.S. Sellers/Sources/Manufacturers.

Companies may fax documentation to support these DSP-119s. Effective immediately, the fax number for DSP-119 support documentation is changed to (202) 261-8264.
